SHIPPING POLICY


At BOUTIQ+, every order is carefully crafted and shipped in collaboration with our trusted fulfillment partner, The Manufacturer. We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products reach customers across the globe — with a few regional exceptions.


1. Global Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries around the world through The Manufacturer’s international fulfillment network, which includes regional hubs across:

  • The United States

  • Europe

  • The United Kingdom

  • EFTA States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Japan

  • Brazil

  • And a Worldwide region covering other locations.

This network allows us to calculate shipping times and rates with accuracy based on your location.


2. Restricted or Unsupported Regions

Due to logistical or legal restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following regions:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine

  • Russia and Belarus

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Syria

  • Gaza Strip (Palestine)

Orders placed to these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product category (e.g., apparel, accessories, art prints)

  • Destination region

  • Fulfillment location

We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, but actual delivery costs are determined by The Manufacturer’s current shipping rates.


4. Delivery Times

Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery times depend on your region but generally range from 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or regional shipping limitations.


5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with The Manufacturer and resolve the issue.
