RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At BOUTIQ+, every product is made to order in collaboration with The Manufacturer to ensure the highest quality. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or replacement.
1. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product.
For items lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is verified as an error by The Manufacturer, it will be corrected at no cost to you.
2. Return Address & Handling
All returns are sent by default to The Manufacturer’s facility.
When a returned shipment is received, you’ll receive an automated email notification.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If another address (not The Manufacturer’s) is used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.
3. Wrong or Insufficient Address
If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to The Manufacturer’s facility.
You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs or may choose to have the item donated to charity if unclaimed after 30 days.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Due to health and hygiene standards, sealed items (such as face masks) cannot be returned or reshipped.
Returned face masks will be disposed of safely and are non-refundable.
6. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues
As every item is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
If you wish to offer a size exchange, a new order must be placed at your expense.
7. Brazilian Customers
Customers in Brazil may return items within 7 days of receipt under the “Right to Regret” law.
To request a return, contact us with a photo (or photo link) of the product.
Refunds are only issued if the item is unused and undamaged.
8. EU Customers Notice
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, withdrawal rights do not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Therefore, The Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse such returns at its discretion.
9. Governing Language
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations provided.
